Oh lordy squash soup. Not made that for a loooong time. In fact it brings back nightmare memories of when I adapted my recipe to use a pumpkin I had been given.
Just be careful you don't end up running the equivalent of a soup kitchen.

On topic we have just finished some pan fried Liver with Onion gravy on a bed of Celeriac mash.
