its pretty much not useable at the moment. The red I hopped to a different US but as can see it didnt improve anything.
That looks like a VMNG300 right? I still feel sorry for you getting this *bleep* service after so long, as you know I was thankfully able to escape earlier this year.

Looks like a very sudden increase in latency/congestion around 12pm though, much faster than you'd expect from "natural" congestion. Same goes for jempalmer. I wonder what it is...
