So, I had a problem with my very first Three bill - I was being charged extra for "All You Can Eat Data" even though I'm on "The One Plan" (which includes it).
I think it may have been a screw up when the contract was set-up in the Apple Store... perhaps the guy there messed up and added AYCED as an add-on?
Or maybe Three's billing department screwed up?
Still, whatever the cause, it was annoying!
Rather than brave the offshore call centre, I contacted Three via Twitter (
@ThreeUKSupport)... and it was all fixed
