Theres only a delay in automaticly moving up.
You can manualy move up WITH OUT pay any thing extra.
buy using the Phone... 150 option..
ZERO fees and completely free upgrade....
The 30Mb/s down was not realy a big deal but the 2Mb/s upload from 1Mb/s is realy welcome..
