Well - BBKing has just got back to me to let me know I'm showing as on the 300k service which would rather explain why I've not been upgraded to 750k! Off to the phone now to get this fixed and see about some compensation

[Update]... spoken to a very helpful broadband CS guy who's confirmed that I'm on the wrong service, but unfortunately I have to go through the main CS number to get it changed, and they're shut Sundays ... roll on tomorrow! Tried to rep BBKing for his help but he's obviously been too helpful to me over the last couple of months and the system won't let me give him any more!
