YouTube is getting hotter on removing breaches of copyright. I suspect the bots act on newly-uploaded material whilst leaving historic content alone, unless they get a specific complaint. If the HIGNFY clip has recently been uploaded by someone trying to inform the current discussion, then I would expect to see it spotted and removed by the copyright bots within a short time. I've had a video from a school halloween party taken down before, because YouTube identified the soundtrack and determined that it does not have a deal with the record label that would allow the video to be played in the UK.
