Because Jimmy Savile was a good litigator, he had good knowledge of the law and he used it for his own ends. Bill Wyman to name just one had young girls throwing themselves at him, in 2010 his old girlfriend admitted they had sex when she was just 14

The difference with Savile and Wyman, Savile went out of his way to land young girls and it would seem also young girls that were paralysed in hospital. We won't go with what he got up to allegedly when he volunteered as a hospital porter. He was one sick expletive.
