You think that's silly? You should see what a combination of the ECHR and the UK Supreme Court have done to Scots Law. In some cases the Police can't ask any questions to people until they've spoken to a lawyer. Even if they've refused legal representation!
Anyway it'll be interesting to see if any further information is given out tomorrow at his court appearance or if he is just remanded straight to Crown Court.
