It's 'possible' that turning off your Superhub pulled the R36 firmware update and thus changed some settings, however the R36 firmware was released some time ago so I would of expected your Superhub to have been updated before now.

I am not familiar with how home plugs are configured so best advice I can offer is to pinhole reset the Superhub and configure everything again.
