Yes Carl, I know that companies often experience problems. But this is why they shouldn't make promises prematurely. And this is why it is obvious that they were just responding to BT's Infinity. If they had said 'you will get a speed increase, maybe this year, maybe next, but we haven't got a clue really'. Then how many people who are considerin changing ISP do you think would have actually gone? I know I would.

As I said, they have given me various dates for my speed increase, the first one being May to June this year.

If I hadn't called them, then I would probably still be on the higher price.

The reason I mentioned the BB problems, is because they promised that they would be resolved by the 29th August whn my speed increase came in.
