18185 playing up again with calls losing audible connection, so am having to give it up.

www.telesave.co.uk has anyone had any experience of it? Have come across it on the MSE website, but multiple posts saying how good it is have all come from the same person, so have doubts.
It asks for payment in advance to set up account and then costs of calls are deducted from account, so need to be sure if it is a legit company.
If so, it seems to be just what I'm looking for to deal short daytime calls on Virgin landline.
