So India says fault ref is 9376461 and will be fixed by the 5/9.

@VirginMedia on twitter say 9376461 doesn't exist and there's no fault listed in my postcode.

Ring 150 and the automated voice says sorry for the fault and it'll be fixed by 1pm today.

I think I might just go out into the sunshine and not worry about it
