Who mentioned stocking psus for legacy modems?
When the superhubs make a stupid buzzing noise it makes perfectly good sense to stock spare psus.
Can you explain the ongoing slating of the vmng300 which since I've worked for vm have been flawless.
Again they are already split, it they weren't split then customer would have the psu that came with the hub

As for the VMNG300 we had more calls with issues with that device than the Superhub as it was more prone to drop off line.
Also little point in stocking standalone PSU's when for cost effectiveness you can just stock the Superhub complete with PSU in one package as per the stock at Kuene and Nagel why increase storage and picking stocks for no valid reason.

As you have never worked for the company how can you make invalid assumptions when my posts are based in actual fact do for once get your assumptions based in reality.
As for Red Sheds stocking the Superhub as 2 separate packages as per jb66 posts above, that is a stupid situation as all stock sent out from central warehousing is boxed as a complete unit, do explain how that could be an assumption, remember who worked as a technical support agent and actually did send these devices out before making a further comment as my experience is based around facts and the systems in use.
