Peter's intervention has shown that:

1/
If your SH is buggered but not the PSU, you'll be sent a SH + PSU

2/
If your SH is not buggered but the PSU is, you'll be sent a SH + PSU

Nobody has properly addreessed the case of the engineer leaving the wrong PSU on the system in the first place.

But don't call Peter "obtuse"!!
