Reading over on Virgin Community Forums and the number of times VM are sending out replacement SH's is outrageous. I mean not just one, some posters are on number 3 and 4!!
They also seem to send out complete SH kits, when all some people want is a replacement PSU!?!?!?
Really makes you wonder what this is costing VM in real money terms. They should have canned this a long time ago  |
