Hi,
JDast does not use the TBB 10M file unless you have changed the configurations.
By default the download configurations should be set to use a multiple threaded download from all these servers (at the same time) and should therefore always "max out" your connection :-

http://speedtest.tweak.nl/100mb.bin,100
http://download.thinkbroadband.com/100MB.zip,100
http://cachefly.cachefly.net/100mb.test,100
