According to
this site your DVD-R supports RGB input on SCART #2. So if you set the V+ output to SCART/RGB, and connect the TV SCART socket on the V+ to SCART #2 on the DVD-R, this should give you the best quality. You may need to go into the DVD-R menus to set it to RGB input mode.
