I guess with the Superhub virtually anything is possible but I've seen no other reports of one recovering from what must have been a hang as a simple reset wouldn't last that long. Your connection time in the stats should give some clue. I'd say that the long period of red was a network outage and the rest maybe T3 timeouts - I see them myself but nothing usually shows in the log.
