Take a look at the 'System Up Time' in the SH to see if it reset.

The small packet loss blip could be anything. Possibly a reset.

I did have my SH spontaneously reset twice recently after I switched on the Port Scan option in the firewall.
Interestingly it kept the old log entries from before the restart.
