Well, I'm Finally fixed thanks to update on the Virgin Media support forums.

I was lazy when my Superhub was delivered, and just plugged in the old mains lead from my old Virgin Modem "because it fit", not giving a thought to power input/outputs.

The 0.8 A output must have been sufficient for the previous firmware but it definitely isnt for R36. Found the plug that came with the superhub that obviously has the right power output and voila..... no problems.

That'll teach me to be lazy.....
