All sports rights sold at the same price to all providers so you'd have SKY Sports, Virgin Sports and BT Sports.
As each would have access to the same channels, such as the Discovery Channel and ITV, and the same content you should start to see some fantastic innovation from each provider trying to make their service more attractive than the others.
Sadly I can't see it every happening, but in theory it would be great for customers.

If OFCOM are seriously here for the benefit of consumers then they would do this, its possible to do.
Sky are not to blame for the greed of the EPL, people need to sit up and direct attention to the content owners. If they want to sell their content in the UK then they can't have exclusive contracts.
They won't pull out of the UK lossing 100's of £millions. It really is a simple fix, do you think SKY want to pay £2billion for football? Or £6.6million per game?
Oh Murdoch niether owns nore runs Sky, by the end of August he won't be the biggest share holder either.
