Stephen, is the 10/20Mb service available to new customers as I've been calling up regarding the 50Mb service montly, but repeatly getting told not yet as the system is saying our address is not cabled (one office the residential house next door has it, the other office has a 3" square outside the door with CATV on it (and a few address on the street have Virgin services installed)

I've also atempted this route (even tried to get the TV service installed into the staff room of the office), but as soon as the residential call center realise it's a business address they transfer me over to business sales.
