if you have a look at the settings in the shub you'll see that it now has your 82.whatever ip address because the router part of the shub is now the thing which is connected to the internet and will have the outside ip address. If you imagine you have got 2 pcs in your house, 3 laptops, 4 mobile phones, a wireless printer and networked tv & dvd player, they all cant have the same ip address because the router wouldn't know where to send the traffic to. Soooo, the router does what it is called network address translation. Each the devices on the work will be given what is called a Class C private address (192.x.x.x) so the router knows who is who but when they all try to connect to the internet they share the same ip address. That is why the ip address of your pc is 192.168.0.100. Your default gateway is the router whose address is 192.168.0.1. I wont go into the ins and outs of how it does it but it knows that yours pc has sent a web page request off to www.amazon.co.uk so when the page content comes back to your ip address the router know to send it to the pc and not the printer.
