No powercut reselience (as usual)

Murray about to be on the TV, and one little power outage, about a minute at most, and another all service failure on VM - and THEN we find the TV's own DVB tuner won't select!

VM Phone out, VM TV & broadband out... BT phone working.

Why do VM services always die so badly when the power blips (RM14) - haven't they heard of uninterruptible supplies, do they test to see if things will actually reboot automatically.

Ok, maybe I malign them and there may have been a bigger outage elsewhere, but it sure seems that VM services are unable to resume without an engineer going and pressing some buttons somewhere - EVERY time there's been a blip!
