It is said to be incapable of 120Mb which is probably down to it only being able to use 4 downstreams rather than the 8 downstreams that the Superhub can use, so sooner probably rather than later your VMNG300 will struggle as more downstreams are rolled out in your area.
Also once your VMNG300 fails the only replacement is the Superhub unless you read and believe the unfounded stories of a secret store in the CEO's office, which is about as likely as Indiana Jones coming across a stash in a Aztec pyramid.
