I seem to be having some slow download speeds from Steam tonight too from all the servers and I am not STM'd.

As I seem to get the same speed from most of the servers I believe its either a Steam problem or something to do with Virgins P2P throttling, I should be able to determine which one after midnight.

Edit: So after midnight the speeds are still slow.
