Since having the SH installed last month, only had 1 problem with it and that was straight after installation. Had to call Virgin and get them to go into the router settings and change some settings as it wasn't connecting wireless and when connected via ethernet cable, speeds were rubbish.
Since they changed those settings, had no need to reboot it to get better speeds, etc. Now I've said I've had no problems with it, it will probably fail later now.
