A couple of T3's in the log since the 25th, no T4's. I have rebooted the modem a few times ... The correctable number are about right with those you get after a reboot and they are not increasing.

I tend to agree with the over-utilised CMTS theory which is what my first thoughts were ... BUT ... tell me this: how can a DOCSIS2.0 line into the same CMTS be fine but a DOCSIS3.0 line (mine) into the same CMTS be so over utilised?

I have seen the VM postings when a "good" 10/20M line becomes a horrible 30/50/60M one but I had assumed that they had moved from a under-utilised CMTS to an over-utilised one .. maybe this is not the case?

If anyone knows how these CMTS boxes work: can you get line prioritisation with a single CMTS? Or maybe the VM hostname name assignment (from which we deduce the CMTS we are on) are mis-leading .. who knows ..
