I am wondering who Man City will get.
They need a defender (maybe 2), a midfielder, and a striker if they lose one. Not convinced we absolutely need van persie. (I would love Hulk, platonic of course, not the love we can not say
)
On signings so far, impressed with Chelsea's signings. If they got hulk, I would put them as joint favourites. Man Utd, if they got van persie and a midfielder..ditto.
Arsenal, they still need at least three signings, defense, midfield and striker if van persie leaves, before I would rate their chances
