So I have been on 100 meg for a while and not seen anything near the speeds I should get.

Before the speed upgrades I had a rock solid 50 meg connection.

vmng300 shows that I can currently set up for 100meg and 5meg up aswell as my virgin media. Should I now be on 10 meg up too by now as my area has been upgraded?

Finally got through to level 2 support after speaking to the ceo's office.

Anyway where do I stand as I am getting 10-30 meg but rock solid 5 meg up and this is due to the fact that apparently the vast majority of modems in my area are on one channel.

They have logged a call with networks to balance the load and move me onto a different channel but the ceo's office aren't being too responsive or helpful (almost 3 weeks since originally contacting them).

Area is due to be sorted out by September apparently for network issues.

So am I entitled to any money back under ofcom or the like for not receiving the service I am paying for or should I just give up and go down to 30meg?
