my point at last quote is they can access the normal cabinet and FTTC cabinet BT or Openreach engineers
also at previous address had FTTC and iengineer called me when he was at cabinet so i pop down to my local cabinet
He had open FTTC and normal cabinet open during work(i was at cabinet 19 and 5 meters next of it the large FTTC)
