It's easy to get a celeb to the right house when other customers are badly let down. One of my clients waited in all day yesterday finally to be told it was too late to install her TiVo's - and no, they couldn't do it today so now she has to wait until Monday.
She is also having the superhub and has been a long time faithful customer of this shower - I wonder how long she will put up with this?
