i dont think anyone has yet because it was a new tier just for speed doubling. Everyone will be 60/6 eventually though. I am just glad i signed up for 100mbit when I did. It paid not to be a cheap skate because I am now on 100/10 and been paying 50mbit prices since April

just checked mine and it still says defo done by end of July 2012. Makes a change Lincoln not being at the bottom of the list for once.
