I couldn't find a way to change it.
In practice it seems to be working, the only effect I can see is that if I type 192.168.100.1 into my home PC's they don't 'see' the SHub, I guess as there will appear to be two devices, whatever device at the office has that IP (maybe a server) and the SHub.
I can't change my home network IP's as the office is fixed by the IT team at 192.168.100.n and they give each homeworker with LAN access the next range up, so there is someone with 192.168.101.n and then me with 192.168.102.n. There will be others after me... 103, 104, 105 etc.
I now need to find out why, when I just use the SHub I get 87mbps down and 4.8mbps up, but when I change it to Modem Mode it drops back to 60mbps and 1.5mbps. Those are the same speeds as I had before the SHub arrived (when I had a regular cable modem from Virgin) so I suspect the Draytek router may be the limiting factor
