I've had no internet since Friday evening and terrible TIVO service for about 2 weeks, The automated message on the faults line says there are problems in the st neots and huntingdon areas which the engineers are working on but this is getting silly now and i've tried twice to talk with someone but both times after listening to terrible hold music for over half an hour i gave up trying, not got time to sit on the phone.
This is awful service , anyone else from this area having these problems? and does anyone know what is actually happening with the fix for it?
