Dual band refers to 2.4GHz or 5GHz. The Superhub will only work with one or the other and not both together.

What you almost certainly want is a 2.4GHz N adaptor and 150 would be fine as 300 and 450 in most locations will cause and suffer interference or if well behaved just drop back to 150.

If you only have the one WiFi device and it's in the same room the 5GHz may be worth a look and then 300/450 would probably be OK too. That will be more expensive.

Incidentally 25Mbps on G is doing very well indeed - it frequently tops out at only just over 20Mbps.

A dualband PCI card will be more futureproof but more expensive too.
