Can we do this belt & braces style?

1/
Were you in modem mode when trying to connect?

2/
Were connected to the first port of the SH?

3/
Are you able to paste screen shots of each tab on the Internet function?

4/
BTW have you tried a different ethernet cable?

You have the advantage of seeing what you've done, but we don't!
