Are they?

It's been proven again and again by customers in all corners of the country that VM have a problem with jitter. Jitter causes streaming media to buffer, and Virgin are claiming that they have said "goodbye to buffering".

If that statement can't hold substance based on the user experience on their network, then it is false advertising. Simple as that.
