Before any job can be passed to a network tech by a normal service tech, all other possible problems should have been checked first, that’s just how it works.
As i said though, if there should be an outage in an area, for example there is low snr/noise on the upstream and a large amount of customers get knocked offline and a large amount of them call up, then it will get logged and a network tech "
should" then automatically get sent out.
