I'v downloaded more then 20GB in a single day before (Mainly from Steam when Iv done a format) and never had a letter from Virgin. I also download alot everyday, probably <5GB a day. Sometimes Its more, not to often though.

EDIT: I am downloading 16GBs now as we speak, The Witcher 2 from steam.
