The box is the still the same, each engineer has said different stories each visit. What is so annoying is that to me each engineer that has come has blamed each other, but not fixed the problem.
Complaing about how many jobs they have per day, one engineer said that he has thirty calls, it makes you wonder how many problems they have.
Strange thing is, l spoke with an engineer working on a main cable box, and he told me that VM don't have any repair engineers, they are all installers and that the 'network' engineers are responsible for installing, and repairs.
If the TiVo goes wrong again, it will go through the nearest window.
