Which is really rather worrying kwik. How can it be that they are let loose in a van yet have little or no clue about what it is that they're supposed to be doing? Just doesn't make any sense. Most of the engineers who have come out to us were fairly au fait, but there were a couple of notable exceptions. I have a background in car hifi and security so I'm reasonably clued up on electrical and electronic stuff. Not knowing that a PSU is the wrong voltage and can't deliver the current is just unbelievable
