As I said in post #4 it was a very common error and it sounds like it maybe still is. I suspect that many installers get no training at all and so long as the plug fits then job's a good'un and they're off.

I think it's shocking that yet another Superhub will be headed for landfill because the VM system can't cope with handling a separate PSU.
