Because I had twenty different suspicious and couldn't be bothered explaining them all, when people are already set on their own ones anyway.

I don't know. People have accused VM of shaping outside the shaping hours and STM'ing outside STM'ing hours so I'm not entirely sure what hours of shaping are or what they're supposed to be.
