Re: Replacing Sky Movies with Netflix?

I was on a package at £115.21 and have reduced it so it is now £69.15 a month. The only thing I have lost is the Sky Sports/Movies and one of my 3 TiVo boxes. For me it was a no brainer. Overall a saving of £32.08 a month.

My new package includes XL TV, 100 broadband, XL phone and 2 x 1TB TiVos.

A Netflix and Lovefilm app on TiVo would be very welcome indeed!
Unfortunately, Sky have the monopoly on the newer films (except pay per view) and so if it is the choice of films, rather than the cost, that is important to you, I'm not sure that Lovefilm or Netflix offer the best solution.

What needs to happen is for the Competition Commission to rule against exclusivity deals, but they don't seem to want to do that.
