Absolutely bloody excellent, with a top-notch cast headed up by Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller.
During the
stage run at the National Theatre last year, Cumberbatch and Miller alternated the main roles: Frankenstein and the Creature.
The recording Mrs D and I saw tonight at our local Arts Picturehouse had Cumberbatch as Frankenstein and Miller as the Creature. They were both excellent. I wish we'd been able to also see them in the opposite roles.
