Not completely correct

. To be classed as HD Ready a display needs to have a minimum of 720 lines, and support both 720p and 1080i inputs (and a couple of other conditions). Full HD is a widely-used but unofficial term for 1080p.

1920x1080 can be either progressive or interlaced, but all broadcasts on both Sky and VM are interlaced.
A quick search on Amazon says Mad Dogs is available on Blu-ray.
