Did you se the concession that Cameron has asked for and got.That makes a second house unable to act as a buffer and to stop a power crazy government.

Oh and the fact that the Conservative,Labour and Liberal want an elected second house makes me very very suspicious.When the three major parties agree be very,very wary.
