Hi all. Wonder if anyone can help with my problem. My wife and I both have virgin mobiles. The problem is that when she texts me from her phone it adds an extra number "7" to the beginning of text , i.e 07791 instead of 0791 . It only happens with text to me..phone calls are correct and dont happen to anybody else. I rang customer services and they said to delete both numbers from each phone..done that didnt work. They say a fault with wifes phone but how can it be when its ONLY when I get a text?.. very confused..been like this for a year...can live with it but would like it sorted
