Virgin Media would sell it at an unreasonable price so there would be no benefit to either the consumer or the rival company. Its been proven it doesn't work. What's wrong with BT's network?

And then when technology needs upgrading like the BT and Virgin situation in Milton keynes, the same will happen again, ofcom won't be able to touch them.
